This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted and outlines the necessary steps to request one. Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at 307-395-3033 or via email at info@playgroundstreet.com. While cancellations can be requested through email or voicemail, they will only be finalized once you receive a confirmation email from us. If you cancel your order within 1 day of placing it, no fees will be charged. However, for cancellations made after this 1-day time frame, a fee equal to 3.5% of the total order value may be applied to cover transaction, restocking, and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.


Shipping Costs and Refund Processing

Playground Street reserves the right to deduct actual shipping costs from your refund, regardless of the initial amount paid for shipping. Please allow 2-3 business days for refunds to be processed.



Installation Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an installation order within two hours of placing it, no fees will be charged. However, if you cancel after this period, a 3.5% fee may apply. Lead times for installation vary based on location and availability. Installations are scheduled once all items have been delivered. If installation cannot begin within 30 days of the final item’s delivery, no cancellation fee will be applied. If installation can commence within this timeframe and is then canceled, a 3.5% fee will be deducted from your refund.


Playground Street reserves the right to reassign your installation to another installer if the initial appointment does not meet expectations.


Returning an Order

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Playground Street under the following conditions:


  1. The product is still unopened and in new condition. 

  2. The product was returned within 30 days of the date shipped.



For items that arrive damaged, please take pictures upon delivery and note the damage. Returns of commercial-grade items will follow the manufacturer’s guidelines, with refunds issued minus a 25% restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred. Please keep your return tracking number, as Playground Street is not liable for lost, misdirected, or damaged items during return shipping.


Rejecting a Shipment Due to Damage

For detailed instructions on how to handle a damaged shipment, please refer to our Shipping Policy. If your shipment arrives damaged, you may accept it with minor damage or reject it if the damage is severe. If you follow our shipping guidelines, you may qualify for a replacement product or a full refund. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process after we review the necessary information.


If a shipment is rejected for reasons other than damage—such as scheduling conflicts or cosmetic issue a 25% restocking fee and all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
