Shipping policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@playgroundstreet.com.

 

Delivery Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Transit times typically range between 7-10 business days from the shipment date, though certain circumstances may cause slight variations.

Products designated as quick-ship will have shorter lead times to expedite delivery.

If a lift gate is required for your delivery, an additional fee of $100-$250 will apply. This fee will be clearly indicated on your official invoice.

 

Delivery Responsibilities and Reporting Guidelines

Inspecting Your Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the number of pieces delivered matches the delivery receipt. If any items are missing or the shipment is incomplete, this must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery. Providing as much detail as possible on the delivery paperwork is highly encouraged.

Signing the delivery as "clear" without noting shortages or damages releases Playground Street and the carrier from liability for missing or damaged items. In such cases, customers will be responsible for covering the cost of replacement items and associated shipping fees. We guarantee replacement parts for damaged, defective, or missing pieces as long as the issue is documented at the time of delivery.

Submitting Claims
To report damaged or missing items, please email all photos and supporting documentation to support@playgroundstreet.com. Playground Street requires photographic evidence and paperwork to process any claims for replacement items. Without this documentation, claims cannot be approved.

Severe Damage or Total Loss
If a shipment is heavily damaged, disorganized beyond inventorying, or contains critical components that are unsafe or defective and cannot be easily repaired (e.g., not just cosmetic damage or something correctable with touch-up paint), contact us immediately at 307-395-3033. In these cases, you may need to refuse delivery.
